1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged or broken upon delivery.
- The product is defective or not functioning as intended.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
Returns are not accepted for a change of mind or personal preference, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach us either email (support@offbeatoddz.com) or on WhatsApp (9821119141) within 7 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and the issue.
- Share Evidence: Attach a short video demonstrating the issue, along with photos or a video of the product and its original packaging.
- Return Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of its approval.
- Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup. Please securely pack the product with its original accessories and packaging.
- Refund: Once the returned product is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be approved and processed.
You will receive relevant updates through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must not have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- All original accessories and included items must be returned.
- Original packaging should be retained wherever possible.
OFFBEATODDZ reserves the right to verify the reported issue before approving a refund. These conditions are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Refunds
Once your package is received, inspected, and approved:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another agreed electronic payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days of approval. Additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in your account.
If your refund has not been received within 15 business days of approval, please contact our support team.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible product and place a new order separately.
